Following the publication of the Review of Forms of Cultural Loss and the Process and Method for Quantifying Compensation for Compulsory Acquisition, the Valuer General now published his policy on Compensation for Cultural Loss Arising from Compulsory Acquisition. 

The draft policy was open for public consultation and comments with a closing date of 25 February 2022. The Valuer General would like to thank those who made submissions or provided comments on the draft policy. He has considered those submissions in finalising the policy, which can now be found here.
