If you are the authorised representative of a Registered Strata Plan and would like to receive your Notice of Valuation by email, please phone valuation Services Customer Service on 1800 110 038 or +61 2 6332 8188.

Large Land Holders (LLH):

If you are a LLH and not already part of the LLH scheme, please phone Valuation Services Customer Service on 1800 110 038 or +61 2 6332 8188.

Change Mailing Address :

Individuals or businesses can update their mailing address to receive the notice of valuation by post.

Enter your property number. You can find your property number:

by entering your property address in the Property address field below.
on your Notice of Valuation, which we issue every three years.
on your land tax assessment from Revenue NSW.
by conducting a title reference enquiry if you know your title reference.

For individuals, enter your last name or for businesses the full company name.
