As part of the continuous improvement of the valuation system, studies, reviews and reports are undertaken to support the provision of accurate, consistent and fair land values.
These include an assessment of the impact of wind farms on surrounding land values and a study on the impact of the Coal Seam Gas industry on land values in NSW.
