As part of ongoing improvements in our service to landholders the Valuer General is trialling enhanced rural sales reports for properties over 100 hectares in two Local Government Areas.
The areas are the Walcha Local Government Area and the Mid-Western Local Government Area.
The reports provide analysis for rural zoned properties that sold, with an area of 100 hectares or greater.
